Springfield Township Car Accident Claims Life of 43-Year-Old

A Springfield Township car accident involving a single vehicle claims the life of a man and leaves three others hospitalized after the driver loses control of his vehicle and crashed. The incident took place at approximately 3:15 AM on Saturday, January 28, 2012, along California Avenue in Bucks County.

According to reports, a car was traveling down California Avenue when the driver lost control of the vehicle and slammed into a telephone pole and two pine trees. The vehicle finally came to a stop on the side of Route 212.

Unfortunately, the 43-year-old driver lost his life due to injuries sustained in the accident. There were three other passengers, a man and two women, in the car at the time of the crash. Rescue crews transported all three victims to the hospital. Their conditions were not immediately made known.

The fatal single-vehicle Springfield Township car accident is still under investigation by local authorities. The exact cause of the accident has not been released. Police have also yet to release the identities of those involved in the crash.
