Does the Pennsylvania Limited Tort Law apply to Pedestrians?

A: Limited Tort auto insurance in Pennsylvania restricts an insured's right to sue and recover compensation for pain and suffering after a PA car accident. You chose either limited tort or full tort when you purchase Pennsylvania auto insurance. Resident household family members may also bind other household family members on their "tort" election.

The good new is, pedestrians in Pennsylvania are not bound by the limited tort restriction in Pennsylvania pedestrian accidents.
