
Michael L. Saile, Jr., focuses his practice on personal injury law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The majority of Michael Saile's injury cases involve
car accidents.
Mr. Saile graduated from Council Rock High School, located in Newtown, Bucks County, PA. While in high school Mr. Saile attained the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank in Scouting.

In college, Mr. Saile attained a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware. He was a member of the social fraternity Pi Kappa Alpha.

Mr. Saile attended law school at Widener University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree. While in law school, Mr. Saile was consistently on the Dean's List and graduated Cum Laude.

In law school, Mr. Saile was selected to participate in the law school mock trial team known as the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society.
After successfully passing both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar examinations, Mr. Saile began working at the Law Office of Daniel E. Rosner in Vineland, NJ.

Here, Mr. Saile personally represented hundreds of injured victims of car accidents, motorcycle accidents, and slip & fall accidents. Mr. Saile participated in personal injury jury trials and appealed a local Cumberland County, NJ judge's verbal threshold/limited tort legal decision to the NJ Supreme Court. The case was published and resulted in a win for all verbal threshold/limited tort auto insurance injury cases throughout the State of New Jersey.

After getting sufficient litigation experience at the Law Office of Daniel E. Rosner, Mr. Saile formed a legal partnership, Saile & Saile LLP, with his father, also Michael Saile. Saile & Saile LLP is located in Newtown/Langhorne, lower Bucks County, PA.
Mr. Saile enjoys representing real people against big and powerful auto insurance companies.

In December 2011, Mr. Saile helped
author Philadelphia's new Bouncer Safety Law which requires all bouncers to be trained and registered with the City of Philadelphia. The new law also requires bar owners to complete more indepth background checks. Mr. Saile testified at the Philadelphia City Council which helped pass this new law.
Mike is married to Caterina, currently a criminal prosecutor and is the proud father of two young twin boys, Michael, III and John. In his free time Mike enjoys spending time with his family, making homemade wine, golfing, exercising, fishing, winter sports, and traveling.
